Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the PET ID service. By registering for or using the service, you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

Service — the PET ID website and applications, including PET PASS, online booking, the owner's account and related features. User — a natural person who uses the service.

2. Subject of the Agreement

PET ID grants the user access to the features of the service on the terms of these Terms. PET PASS is provided to owners free of charge; certain features may be paid.

3. Account

  • the user provides accurate information upon registration;
  • the user is responsible for safeguarding access to their account;
  • any unauthorized access must be reported to hello@petid.care.

4. User Rights and Obligations

  • use the service in accordance with the law and these Terms;
  • not disrupt the service or infringe the rights of other users;
  • be responsible for uploaded content in accordance with the User-Generated Content Policy.

5. PET ID Rights and Obligations

We strive to keep the service available, may modify and develop its features, and may restrict access in the event of a breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The rights to the service, its design and software code belong to PET ID. Use is permitted only within the scope of the access granted.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided «as is». PET ID does not provide veterinary care and does not replace consultation with a veterinarian. Treatment decisions are made by a qualified specialist. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Termination of Access

The user may stop using the service at any time. Data deletion is carried out in the manner described on the «Data Deletion» page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved in the manner prescribed by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is published on this page.
