This Policy describes which data the PET ID service processes, for which purposes and on which legal grounds, as well as which rights the data subjects have.
1. General Provisions

The Policy has been prepared taking into account the requirements of the applicable personal data legislation (including Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data»). By using the service, you confirm that you have read this Policy.
2. What Data We Process
- Owner data: name, phone number, email address, account data.
- Pet data: name, species, breed, age, information on vaccinations, treatments and visits, documents uploaded by the user.
- Clinic and staff data: organization details, contact information of responsible persons.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies, web analytics data.
3. Processing Purposes
- providing service features (PET PASS, online booking, reminders);
- communication with the user and support;
- sending notifications and reminders (including via messengers);
- ensuring security, preventing abuse;
- improving the service and analytics in anonymized form.
4. Legal Grounds
We process data on the basis of the subject's consent, to perform a contract (the user agreement or a contract with a clinic), as well as to comply with the requirements of the law.
5. Transfer to Third Parties
We may transfer data to veterinary clinics to which the pet is linked, as well as to infrastructure providers (hosting, mailings, web analytics) to the extent necessary to provide services, under confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention Periods
Data is stored for the term of using the service and thereafter for the periods established by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Rights of the Personal Data Subject
You have the right to access your data, request its rectification, blocking or deletion, and also to withdraw consent to processing. The deletion procedure is described on the «Data Deletion»page; consent withdrawal — on the «Consent to Personal Data Processing» page.
8. Cookies and Analytics
The site uses cookies and web analytics tools to operate the interface and improve the service. You can restrict the use of cookies in your browser settings.
9. Changes to the Policy
