Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

The text of the consent that the personal data subject grants to the operator when using the PET ID service.
By using the service and providing their data, the personal data subject freely, of their own will and in their own interest grants consent to the operator — Individual entrepreneur Nigmatullaeva Saida Saidrasulovna (TIN (INN) 780728592634, OGRNIP 317470400012090) — to the processing of personal data on the following terms.
1. List of Personal Data
- surname, first name; contact phone number; email address;
- pet data entered by the user;
- technical data (cookies, device information).
2. List of Actions and Methods of Processing
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion — with and without the use of automation tools.
3. Purposes of Processing
Provision of the service's features, sending notifications and reminders, communication with the user, support and ensuring security.
4. Term of the Consent
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the subject.
5. Withdrawal of Consent
The consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to hello@petid.care or through the mechanism described on the “Data Deletion” page. After withdrawal, the operator ceases processing, except in cases provided for by law. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.
