Terms for clinics

1. Subject

PET ID grants the clinic access to the platform (website, online booking, pet database, PET PASS, reminders) on a subscription basis. The set of features depends on the chosen plan.

2. Connection and pilot

Connection includes setup, data migration and team training. A pilot period may be provided on terms agreed by the parties.

3. Plans and payment

• a one-time setup and a monthly subscription;
• the cost and payment procedure are set out in the agreement/invoice;
• the clinic is notified in advance of any changes to the plan terms.

4. Obligations of the clinic

• to provide accurate data and keep it up to date;
• to ensure the lawfulness of processing owners' and pets' data, including obtaining the necessary consents;
• not to use the platform for unlawful purposes.

5. Processing of personal data

With respect to owners' and pets' data, the clinic and PET ID act within the framework of the applicable personal data legislation. The terms of the processing assignment and the allocation of controller/processor roles are set out in the agreement. The general principles are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and support

We strive to ensure the availability of the service and provide support to the clinic's team. Service level parameters (if any) are specified in the agreement.

7. Liability

The parties bear liability in accordance with the agreement and the law. PET ID does not provide veterinary care and is not responsible for the clinic's medical decisions.

8. Confidentiality

The parties maintain the confidentiality of data obtained in the course of their cooperation.

9. Term and termination

The term and the procedure for amendment and termination are determined by the agreement. Upon the end of the cooperation, data is processed in accordance with the law and the terms of the agreement.
